FABA meetings:

FABA meetings are a great chance for you to do some relationship building, networking, and marketing.  We’re all working together to make Fletcher and the area grow and prosper.


DickeysThe FABA Coffee Club meets on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month from 8 – 9 AM at Dickey’s Barbecue Pit, 235 Saint John Road, Fletcher.  Besides the usual 1-minute self-introduction speech, at each meeting, a representative from one business has the opportunity

Sept 6th- Mary Palermo- Rainbow International

Sept 20th- Wes Manley- Mattress Man




Focus After 5 is a terrific networking/social opportunity after work.  It typically meets the second Thursday of each month from 5:30 – 7 PM.  The Focus After 5 location varies, and is typically established months in advance.

This month it will be September 8th and sponsored by the Skyland Prosthetics & Orthotics, Inc., 3845 Hendersonville Rd., Fletcher.

FABA Expo Mailer 2016Our annual FABA Business Expo will be October 4th at Fletcher Park.  Plan to attend – or get a table to illustrate what your company does.  This year, FABA is offering a free table to any non-profit wanting to exhibit at the Expo.  Contact Teona or Glenn or any FABA Board member for more information.








Other activities:

Time for Back to School and the kickoff of this year’s SnackPack program.  The program is expanding this year to include additional schools and increase the coverage of snacks and supplies we provide.  More on this later.


Fletcher Family Festival – and it’s Free to attend.

Saturday September 24th from 5:30 – 8:00 PM at Fletcher Park off Howard Gap Road.

The Town of Fletcher will be hosting the event to include children’s games and inflatables, touch a truck, a musical performance by Caribbean Cowboys, and a spectacular fireworks show! Fireworks launch at 8 PM.

Food vendors include Acropolis Pizza and the Fletcher Parks & Recreation concession stand.

Park Ridge Health sponsors the event.


Hendersonville hosts the North Carolina Apple Festival over the Labor Day Weekend, September 2-5 with freshly picked apples, arts & crafts, festival food, and free entertainment at the Courthouse.

But it can be understood through tough thorough thought, though.
